I accept most commercial insurance plans! I accept Cigna, Aetna, and plans that are under Optums umbrella. If you have any questions about your specific insurance, please reach out.
During our consultation I will collect your insurance information to run an eligibility verification. After your eligibility check is complete, you will receive an email from Alma, informing you of your eligibility and your payment responsibility for sessions.
You can verify your own payment responsibility by calling the number on the back of your insurance card and discussing your plan.
You must provide a debit or credit card to keep on file, even if you have a $0 co-pay. It is stored in the chance you late cancel or have a no-show.
$100 for an hour session.
Credit cards, debit cards, and health spending cards are accepted.
I require a credit card on file for all self-pay clients. After a contract has been signed agreeing to the self-pay session fees, I will enroll you in Alma’s autopay feature that will automatically charge you at the end of each session.
If you have an FSA, HRA, or HSA debit card that you will be using to pay for sessions, please inform me during our consultation.
If you do not provide any notice and do not show up to session, you will be charged the full self-pay session fee. The no-show fee is $100. If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, you will be charged a late cancel fee of $30.
