Meet Annalise

Welcome to my website! I'm Annalise Cavanaugh, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from West Virginia University and have dedicated the past three years to clinical work in various settings, which has deepened my understanding of mental health across diverse environments. Two and half of those years, have been spent working right here in Tampa Bay area because I love serving in the community I live. Having spent most of my life in the Sunshine state, I’ve established my virtual practice in New Port Richey, where I truly enjoy working with fellow Floridians. As I continue to serve the community here in Pasco and Pinellas County in other venues, I get the opportunity to work with the entire state of Florida virtually as a Licensed Counselor.

While I've had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, my primary focus is on adults aged 18 and older, particularly those dealing with anxiety and sexual health/intimacy concerns. My therapeutic approach combines compassion and warmth with the willingness to challenge and explore uncomfortable topics, creating a supportive space for personal growth. I look forward to the possibility of working together!
